“This is the first time I've ever experienced customer service this exceptional from a chain restaurant.
My friends and I recently ordered delivery, and unfortunately, the cheese was accidentally left off one of our sandwiches. I submitted a message through the website, and within less than 24 hours, not only did a staff member named Juan reach out to me, but the owner, Efrain, personally contacted me as well. He sincerely apologized and generously offered me a complimentary sandwich.

I took him up on the offer today, and once again, I was amazed by the level of care and hospitality. Efrain went above and beyond by having one of his team members, Henry, personally deliver the food.
I am genuinely shocked and incredibly grateful for the kindness and outstanding customer service that Efrain and his team have shown me and my friends. It's rare to encounter people who care this much about their customers, and it made a lasting impression.

“Great experience at CAVA, in Springfield, NJ. The facility was exceptionally clean, and every employee was welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. The manager, Engel has built an outstanding team. He’s doing a fantastic job leading by example creating a positive environment. Remy and Preston super nice line members. Esther the cashier greeted me with such a calm and welcoming smile reminded me what great Customer Service is supposed to look like. I also have visited the Bridgewater location and unfortunately, it has a lot of room for improvement. The level of cleanliness, teamwork and Customer Service at Springfield is on a complete different level. Keep up the amazing work Springfield team.“

“Excellent food and outstanding staff. Our server was Jen and she couldn’t have been nicer. My nephew, Max Clayton, is performing in White Christmas at the Papermill. We were a group of 10 from NH looking for a place for dinner before the show. Max raved about the food at the Millburn Standard and recommended we go there. The staff was friendly, very accommodating to our large party (we did call for reservations, but they don’t take them) and the food was excellent (get the nachos!) They were just as nice when we came back after the play just to sit and have drinks. I feel like they went out of their way to accommodate us and we are all most appreciative. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I went there with my wife this evening and it was a great experience. We had delivery a couple of times, but eating at the restaurant was so much better. We were greeted with a big smile by Demi and she took great care of us. We had the large Meze appetizer and the small Mixed Grill and it was perfect. We had plenty to take home for Super Bowl snacks. We had a nice chat with Demi and she gave us a complimentary dessert of their homemade ice cream. The flavors were baklava and walnut. They were delicious. I highly recommend eating there. I had the viral chicken Caesar cutlet sandwich which is thin chicken cutlets, lettuce, stracciatella cheese all on their fresh made focaccia bread! If you like chicken cutlet sandwiches or Caesar salads you need to run not walk to DeeDee’s to try this. Their pizza is also really good, they have lots to choose from in the case and always have something unique you’ve probably never heard of.
