Pho Today Plainsboro serves authentic and delicious Vietnamese cuisine in a spacious and modern setting. Their short ribs pho is a standout, with tender beef and a rich, authentic broth. Large portions are the norm, and the bun and shrimp and pork rolls are also highly praised. The grilled chicken & spring rolls on rice vermicelli and pork and chicken sandwiches are tasty with good serving sizes. The Pho Tai Gau Gan is absolutely superb, and the grilled beef is excellent. Attentive servers add to the pleasant dining experience, though some condiment bottles could be cleaner. The restaurant stops taking orders at 9:30 pm, so plan accordingly. Kid-friendliness is a plus.
