“We ate at three pizza places in OC and this was the best. We were recommended to eat at Manco and Manco but this place was much better. I’m a pizza snob from Brooklyn and this was done right. Real crust, crunchy, good amount of cheese. And the service and prices matched the quality. I ordered the Sicilian twice and my family ordered the broccoli white and regular slices and all were perfect. This place doesn’t have the fame as others, but it has the best pizza on the boardwalk.“

Today I just needed 1 slice of pizza while traveling / transporting food deliveries for DoorDash in the south New Jersey area. I only have $16 I just cashed out to my DoorDash debit card, but their minimum for card swipe here is $10. The very kind girl at the counter told me not to worry about it, and handed my card back. I'll make sure to grab cash at the Wawa atm up the road and head back over here at some point before they close to pay for another slice, and to offer a tip as well. This small, but incredibly kind gesture, inspired me and filled me with joy more than any amount of money or food ever could. For that reason alone, I can confidently write a 5 star review for a restaurant I was able to walk in to and be treated like any other loving, caring family member. Thank you! I'll be back. “Really good! Late afternoon meal and only had lunch food but all was super good. I consider myself a Burger officianado and the Hitzel burger was incredible. Fries had awesome seasoning. The small stromboli was huge. Staff was super friendly. We stopped there because it is a byob and a favorite brewery of mine is only 50 yards away so had some fresh brew with a great meal.“

I've learned they also have a place on the boardwalk AC which was rated number 1 out of 6 places that were tested! Tonight I ordered food and I realized that my can of pepsi is not there and I asked the driver Tom where my pepsi is? and he said he didnt have it and he will go back to the restaurant and deliver it back to my house. So, since it is only 1 can of pepsi that was missing from my order, so I told him not to bother bringing it back because its not a big deal for me. so he said are you sure? I said yes. Few minutes later after I was done eating and really craving for my pepsi, I heard a door bell, and it was tom! came back and delivered my pepsi! I was more statisfied about my dinner! “His pizza and sauce is like my grandmom’s and I told Walt when he used to be in the Somers Pt store. Everything is well made and fresh and good. He even has good sodas. I love Sicilian pizza and his is excellent. All his pizza is excellent but his white pizza is so good and I think it must cost a lot to make it, so his profit on it is tight but it could be in a restaurant with high end pizza menus. His staff is well trained and so pleasant and know their menu. Do you see how nice chick filet staff is, well Walt must have someone teach his staff like that. I see how busy his store is. Walt was always so nice to me and was extra nice to my clients from the Arc when I’d bring them in as a special occasion. He deserves to do extremely well and I hope that if he does ever retire that the people who take over can carry on his food and atmosphere.“
