“I am grateful to have dune donuts and bagels in Spring Lake. I get breakfast here often because the food is tasty and the mini donuts are a treat for the eyes and tastebuds. I highly recommend coming here for a delicious treat or a tasty well made breakfast or lunch. Oh, and the staff are the nicest people around!“

“Saw a 1-star review. Had to read it. It inspired us to get our coffee here.Refer to that review as someone who always needs something to complain about. We had a much different experience. Staff was friendly, helpful, the chocolate peanut butter iced lattes were outstanding. They went out of their way to make my wife’s drink the exact way she requested and did it with a smile.Will be returning.“

“Well I actually was there yesterday and today I got to tell you they were not very friendly never once said good morning and today they were more concerned with the drive thru then me the only one inside!!!!!! I been a a lot of DD I think this one needs a wake up call , training in Customer Service is definitely recommended!!!!“

“Why Do I give this ace 5 stars when I don't eat sugar and am not a fan of its bagels or donuts? Because the coffee is always excellent and I much prefer it to Starbucks. Dunkin' is always my coffee standard when traveling thru the USA. And that's a fact.“
“Nice, new, modern Dunkin on RT 35 NB. I stop by when im in town, and always have a good experience. Friendly staff, efficient service, and great coffee/espresso drinks! Indoor seating as well. Fast/free WIFI as well. I like to study and do laptop work here rather then Starbucks. A 5/5 location.“

“Our caramel and vanilla lattes were excellent. The barista was very friendly and did a great job. My only complaint was that there were less than 10 donuts with only a couple types, no munchkins or any other pastry to speak of. The donuts I purchased were delicious though. In their defense, it was late in the afternoon. That being said, it was surprising to me that the inventory was that low.
Parking: There was enough parking, but one of the few locations without a drive thru“

“I got my app order always. 5 mins later o go drive thur. My app voice to order "hi, I'm deaf. My name is timmie... Always I ordered it. Then pull to pick up drive thur then I show to her. She said no no no sorry.... I said why? Try again to read my order by app dount dunkin always. She said oh okay then get food without pepsi. Few sec she forget give you pepsi.
Why not communicate by app pick up or drive thur always order and easy and no question or complain. Shame it“

“I got Dunkin’ Donuts through Uber eats. I love Dunkin. Great customer service they replace my pumpkin muffins with different flavors because they were out. Excellent customer service and everything was delicious I highly recommended, just don’t do through Uber eats“
“This is by far the best Dunkin I’ve ever seen. They are crazy fast with the service. Extremely well run. I’ve been going there all summer and so impressed by the people that work there. Is it all the same family? They are great. They even know my order now. They also carry lemons which no other Dunkin does(what is that about). Can’t say enough I had to give them a good review.“

“Stopped in on Thursday night. I had a big order with a lot of special instructions. Brianna, was very patient with my multiple request and got every one correct. She was very polite and professional. It was nice to see a young person with a proper work ethic.“
