Pop's makes the best cookies!!! I ordered trays of minis for a wedding and they were fabulous! Everyone loved the chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, double chocolate chip, lemon blueberry and sugar cookies! And, they were able to provide some GF options which were also delicious. Kudos to Raechel who helped me through the ordering process. Wonderful customer service. Next we'll have to try the "regular" sized cookies!
Friendly service wonderful atmosphere
Excellent food- one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in Monmouth / Ocean Counties. Definitely underrated

Based on the reviews, Pop's Corner Bakery is a great place for baked goods, especially cookies. Besides the bakery, Pop's also serves diner food, with a delicious burger and awesome fries, though the gravy was watery and not very flavorful. The breakfast is fine but nothing special. The people are friendly and accommodating, providing wonderful customer service.
