I had stopped going to this place 1 year ago due to bad customer service the lady at the counter was always angry and rude.Ok so today I decided to give it a try again. BIG BIG MISTAKE. Spent $20.00 for a burned bagel with 2 slices of taylor ham on an egg bagel which was supposed be an everything bagel. A cold ham sandwich no chips ? But what makes me mad is the amount of money we spent and the guy had the courage to give me a burned bagel impossible to eat. I wonder “would he eat his bagel like that?”And what they can do ? NOTHING absolutely nothing. They are good to take your money but not good to keep a good customer service.The bagel place up the street it is much better.

To me they are the best Taylor ham egg and cheese sandwhiches in town and within a couple miles, and I eat alot of these sandwhiches. Well done

Ordered their protein wrap w/egg whites, grilled chicken, spinach and swiss cheese. I also added some avocado, it was delicious but the chicken was a little dry. The whole staff was very friendly, I order from them about once a week have never had any issues.

$13 for a lox bagel that had no capers or cream cheese ?! I was ordering for my son and told the guy I wanted a lox bagel. When I called them up after i. got home I was told I had to specify that I wanted cream cheese and capers. I've never done at any other bagel store.
Let me pre phase everything by saying the food is great. They likely have the best empanadas and sandwiches of any breakfast place around this area. I work at a nearby place and order breakfast with my colleagues multiple times a week. when I order breakfast it becomes brunch as they take 1-2 hours to deliver without fail. Every time I call to place an order if I pay with a card they write my number down and charge me hours later. The prices on the online menu are different than what they charge. I was charged the wrong amount and when I brought it up to the manager I was told she doesn't deal with customers like me. I emphasize that my colleagues and I order from this place constantly and this review is an honest account of what it is like to order a delivery from this place.

They don’t make their own bagels they get them all delivered from another bagel shop lolAlso because I used to work in restaurants whenever I walk in I can smell the grease trap stench because they don’t clean it regularly which is unsanitary.They continue to get my order wrong time and time again. Whether it’s burnt, wrong item, undercooked, etc and they refuse to make any accommodations in fixing the mistake that they continue to make. These new owners are extremely unprofessional and only care about making money and not customer service.It’s sad because it’s a good location and has the potential to be a great establishment, however, the staff is extremely disorganized and too much employee turnover which also is a red flag.It’s not worth it. Many better bagel shops that actually make their bagels in-house
