I can't help but wonder if the negative reviews are related to language-related discomfort.
The bagel was perfect- a crusty exterior and chewy interior. Coffee was excellent, fresh and screaming hot. The eggs/bacon on my sandwich were prepared with attention to detail. The young lady spoke about 10 words of English.and executed perfectly. Amazing what eye contact, a smile, and "thank you" can do to make some one feel heard and appreciated. Great place...

their sandwiches and paninis are decent. a little pricey for a bagel shop though a butter bagel is almost $3. i do feel like the quality goes down each and every time i visit so will have to find another bagel place
