I love Hug a Mug so much!! The owner is incredibly kind and makes sure to get to know her customers. The baristas seem to have expertise and knowledge about coffee and are passionate to work here. It’s a great environment to relax in after a long day, and their seating is super comfortable and has good variety. I tell people to visit all the time :)
Very calming atmosphere, lots of plants, comfy seating.
The espresso is strong and all their flavored lattes use housemade syrups from scratch, the difference between that and the artificial syrups that most places use is incredible; as someone with sensitive taste buds it's become a must for me. Best place to sit in and relax

Nice atmosphere, but everything is way overpriced (13.50 for one small and one large coffee) and it takes awhile. Id come again if I have time to wait and to sit down inside, def not worth it for to-go.
(Since owner replied, that was my order, but I didn't get the correct order given to me. They offered to fix it but I wasn't able to wait any more. Hence, another reason this might be better for dine in only)
