The food was way overpriced for what was actually served. The breakfast sausage looked like a hot dog sausage. It was huge and raw looking inside. The pancakes tasted like they used tap water. No flavor. The cappuccino tasted horrible.flavor was of a strong coffee. Horrible experience. Food quality was horrible. The cashier I believe was the owner horrible customer service extremely rude. Will definitely not be returning.

A++++ Staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Place was clean and very nicely decorated. The best fruit bowl I’ve had. Oatmeal was a 10. First time and I can’t wait to go back.

I recently ordered takeout at Cardinal Cafe and had an extremely disappointing experience. The server “Gladys” assisting with completing the order was unbelievably rude and unpleasant. Her attitude was hostile and dismissive, making the experience uncomfortable from start to finish.
When I politely addressed her behavior, she became even nastier and more dismissive, showing complete disregard for basic customer service. It was clear she had no interest in improving her conduct. The overall atmosphere was soured by her negativity, and it was evident that other employees were also uncomfortable around her.
I cannot recommend and will not be returning. The management seriously needs to address this unacceptable behavior to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all customers.

This was my second visit here. I’m very disappointed in my return visit. I had the Italian hotdog. For the peppers, onions and potatoes They used frozen O’Briens. Disgusting!!! They also ran out of coffee and did not make more for me. I won’t be back.
