Bluestone was a bit disappointing. Location is great with lots of parking and what seems to be a very open feel to the cafe. Very spacious. The tables, seats, and floor were filthy, and you will see why. The staff member was very kind, and that is where we saw things decline - not the staff member, but the lack of staff. We felt bad seeing ONE person manage about 6-7 tables at once, and ONE person as chef. So, as you can imagine, our coffee, pastry, and meal took a very long time....
Shreya, along with Lilly, Colina, and Sasha, made the experience at Bluestone Lane Café in Princeton feel warm and genuinely attentive from start to finish.
