I love this place! My husband & I just got back from a trip to Japan a couple weeks ago and I was missing it so much! I discovered Maruichi and it brought me back to Japan šš„¹. I was able to find this peach water I was obsessed about and the super delicious black thunder chocolate candy bars. AMAZING. Plus a lot of other things! There's a huge variety of tasty snacks and fresh fish! I will definitely be back for sure! I live almost an hour away from the store but...
Considering the neighborhood, the pricing makes sense. Produce is definitely overpriced. I love their onigiri. I can stock up on my favorite snacks and sauces when Iām in the area, including the cream puffs that come in a box of 12. Love to bring my friends in.
We are originally from Japan and regularly cook Japanese food at home. Maruichi is the only place in this area where we can find true sushi-grade sashimi. They offer a great variety of fish at very reasonable prices, and the quality is consistently excellent. Thanks to Maruichi, we can enjoy temaki sushi at home. Thank you!
