My Wife and I have been coming to Roots Ocean Prime in Princeton for years. We’ve celebrated many special occasions here. We’ve always had an amazing experience. Tonight my Wife and I met Arian the bartender for the first time. This guy is a class act all around! Great cocktails, friendly conversation! 5 stars!! Highly recommended!!

Roots Ocean Prime has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants in Princeton. Every visit is consistently outstanding.

One of the details that sets it apart is the atmosphere. The playlist is always spot on, with feel-good hits from the ’70s and ’80s that create the perfect energy without overwhelming conversation. They also offer an excellent selection of wines by the glass, making it easy to find the perfect pairing.
