I went to the drive by, on March 11th and order a Medium Cappuccino. I asked them to make it extra hot, as usual. When I drive up to the window, it was a long wait and then when I got it, I paid quickly and moved forward. When I picked up the cup for a sip, I realized it is half empty. I had to get to a meeting, so I couldnt go back inside. Here is picture of what I got!
Brianna was so nice. When my kid accidentally dropped her croissant she gave me another one. She was very nice and understanding. It’s people like her that keep us coming back here!
I love all of the employees they make the atmosphere impeccable! Every time I order my grilled cheese it is always perfect! Every time I order my drink i am not only handed my drink but also a warm and comforting smile! I love everything about this place and I will only come here even if it’s an hour away! 🥺🥺
