In general it’s a solid branch but there are some staff, gen-z’ers in particular who have a terrible snobbish attitude that make you feel unwelcome which I have seen in the comments here. I get it, this generation is kind of checked out, but Starbucks usually does a better job of training their employees to be professional and welcoming. I think I’m going to try avoiding coming here if I can even though it’s right across from my home.
Stopped by for a Mother’s Day order and had a great experience. We ordered multiple drinks, each done very well. The cashier was also very nice and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Really appreciated the friendly service and attention to detail, especially on a busy holiday.
This site is very open and clean and had plenty of parking. However, the clerk had me repeat my order three times and yet I found out she still got it wrong when the barista gave me my order at the end. He was very pleasant and apologetic but I didn't feel like getting in line again for the same clerk and possibly the same problem at the end.
