The owners attitude from start to finish turned what could have been a nice experience to what felt disorganized and taken personally without grace for assisting the customer more clearly and keeping the consistency of the experience with offering enough cream and not necessarily packets of sugar. This was all fine, but the attitude was just deterring.
Owner was rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. She was not helpful when I asked her for recommendations off the menu. She gave her employee a hard time for giving me the Wi-Fi info and told me there’s no internet - made no sense at all. She gave me an attitude about taking the tea bag out of the pot!
