I have waited several years to write this review with approximately 5 to 6 visits experienced. I, quite frankly, don't know what the issue is. People are posting pics of toilets and suggest stalking because of baggy clothes--- have you lost your minds! The food is delicious especially the homemade scones! The service is personalized. Nice little cute place....soup was delicious and the quiche was awesome.....we had the Georgian chicken sandwich. Staff was very accommodating and friendly..... only downside was an extra charge on the bill for some sort of service fee.... changing my 5 star to 4.

Just came back from an absolutely lovely experience at Tipple & Rose! It was a very busy Saturday and my friend and I walked in without a reservation. We browsed leisurely within the shop’s lovely wares- all thoughtfully curated, niche tea and coffee items from around the world! We were met by the two kind and welcoming ladies who ran this beautifully decorated tea room and were served our tea and Amazing scones (cannot miss the scones)with our meal. We lost track of time...
