Nice little cute place....soup was delicious and the quiche was awesome.....we had the Georgian chicken sandwich. Staff was very accommodating and friendly..... only downside was an extra charge on the bill for some sort of service fee.... changing my 5 star to 4.

Just came back from an absolutely lovely experience at Tipple & Rose! It was a very busy Saturday and my friend and I walked in without a reservation. We browsed leisurely within the shop’s lovely wares- all thoughtfully curated, niche tea and coffee items from around the world! We were met by the two kind and welcoming ladies who ran this beautifully decorated tea room and were served our tea and Amazing scones (cannot miss the scones)with our meal. We lost track of time...

My husband and I happened to walk by this lovely establishment on a walk the other day. The owner and associates are just lovely. They were hospitable and the whole business had a warm southern charm to it.

We sampled three scones-two savory and one sweet along with clotted creams and jams that were recommended by the chef. We also tried the iced lavender earl grey and iced chais. Everything was excellent.

I most definitely will return for...
