Every time I’m in Princeton, I return to this restaurant, and I’m genuinely surprised by its low rating. The interior is stunning, with high ceilings, painted murals, and elegant tablecloths that create a truly refined atmosphere. The staff, dressed in stylish uniforms, deliver impeccable, courteous service. Combined with a well-crafted, imaginative menu, it’s a perfect place for those who appreciate aesthetics, sophistication, and gastronomy.
