Wood Craft catered an event at Princeton during reunions and it was fantastic. I had pulled pork, ribs, chicken, and mac n cheese. Fantastic, tasty, tender. I took their card and hope to get my department at work to order from them.
We stopped by Wood Craft Catering new-ish spot in Princeton Point this week. We had some of the brisket, pulled pork and falafel (there is this whipped feta that is omg good). Everything was so fresh and so good! The space is beautiful and there are even games for the kiddos. Thanks Chef Sal for perfect lunch!
We had Sal cater a big party in our backyard last summer and it was PERFECTION!!! He was amazing to work with and we had a fun time planning together. Sal came with wonderful ideas and had a total "can do" attitude when I asked for him to create something specific for us. His set up was spot on and he had me totally at ease to enjoy the party myself! Not to mention THE FOOD! The food totally blew away my expectations as did his friendliness and openness to our friends and family....read full review
