I ordered a dozen steam blue crabs. Yes I know they are off season. And yes they were awful. What I ate of them were dead amd they tasted like grit and grease. I threw most of them away.
We tried the steamed shrimp and fried shrimp by the pound with a side of steamed broccoli and sweet potato fries.Everything was delicious, fresh and affordable.The fried shrimp definitely was my favorite, it was kind of tempura style. Really light and delicious.
Fries are very good for a seafood place I was surprised. The conch fried was very delicious and fresh. Crabs per dozen was comparable to the fav place of mine in southern jersey so definitely closer to home convenience. My only advice is come during the lunch hours as neighborhood was needing more reassurance I should have brought my husband and made him wait in the car while I waited for the food. But come anyway as the food is worth it.
