I just went to this Burger King later on this afternoon we really need some nice Mexican workers not this domican worker lady that has a bad attitude with the customers and we need to remove thoses old recite that has codes because they just stolen my number codes so we need some Mexican workers that could speak English and little bit of Spanish but this gas station with the burger King in it really need a restroom so the customers could use it and this gas station need to be own by nice Mexican workers and they should paid everything at burger King and just add google pay and the cash Mexican guy should own the cash register only for the gas station that shouldn't be a part of Burger King because it's a restaurant and we need better workers not people with attitude

The food wasn't really very good. My wraps were poorly made and they tasted like they had been sitting a while. The food wasn't worth what I paid for it.

If I could I would give 0 stars after my experience tonight (2/1/2024). I placed a mobile order and after arriving to the restaurant and getting in the drive through I sat for several minutes periodically saying hello into the speaker. So after no answer I proceeded through the path and approached the window and saw a young lady in the back, I beeped my horn several times in a hope to get her attention. After not getting anyone attention I parked my car in a spot and got out of my car to go inside the store to receive my order, all the doors are locked but the lights are all on and there are workers in the store. After several more minutes of me knocking on doors and windows, a man finally came and told me that they were closed. He did not give a reason for the closure and also was extremely rude when I asked why they didn’t turn off the mobile ordering since the store wasn’t open for business and he rudely told me to “issue myself a refund on the app and that there was nothing he could do” he didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and there was no signs in the doors or drive though saying that the store was closed, after I expressed this to him he told me that “the parking lot lights are off and that should be good enough” I told him this was ridiculous and they just lost a very loyal usually happy customer. I was in the drive though for 10 minutes and then I was knocking for another 5 minutes and then the man argued with me for another 10 minutes. NEVER RETURNING after how that rude man treated me.

Ok first thing is you can’t find it. It’s in the gas station mart. I only saw McD’s next door and drove past it, then had to all the way around on 17 to come back and find it and inside the gas station. The signage is terrible. Small BK logo just under gas station name and above prices. Food was regular BK but why offer drive thru on the app? There is none. You have to go in to pickup. Would’ve given more stars if I didn’t have to waste gas driving around to find it. Only a few tables if you want to eat there.

Now I see why Burger King is on the downward spiral. I stopped in to get a whopper jr duo with fries and onion rings. The burger I received in the whopper jr wrapper was approximately the size of a White Castle burger. At least at White Castle it’s less than a dollar a burger. The whopper jr duo was 5.00 for 2 burgers. 1 ketchup packet drenched the burger (that’s how small each one was). Never again. I don’t like fast food but Burger King is now out of my “occasional” indulgence. Boo to you BK. You don’t rule!

The cashier at the front named “Karla” has an attitude problem and needs to fix her face if she wants to keep working in the customer service industry. It looked like she didn’t wanna be there and overall was a terrible experience, the food was cold and she definitely needs to put a smile on her face. They also don’t let you keep your recipes so you don’t complain online!

We have a bad experience with the person in shift she’s attitude and customer services she need to be training to attend customers and gave the food to us burnt. We not recommend this location due to the really bad experience.

Worst experience ever!! Its a fricken gas station Bk for crying out loud. The Nasty Fat Face young mexican girl at the counter was extremely rude and seemed like she was force to work there. Never in a million years would I write such a derogatory review describing someone by their nationality or physical appearance. However, it's a must that I do so, just incase you're going to deal with her. She got upset when i asked what i can mix and match with on the 2 for 5 special.. Absolutely an atrocious person! The older Spanish lady seemed nice and appeared to be shocked to hear what her nasty coworker was saying. I told her a smile goes a long way, but I then quickly realized not so much in her case!!

Old food crust mayonnaise that has a hard layer on top from sitting out for days, soggy chicken, no ice for the soda machine so now you have warm soda they won’t even offer you a can of soda so you can have something cold to drink then when you ask the lil short cashier gives you an attitude right when you ask so I used to go there every day an spend $10-$20 each visit along with my co workers but no more an I even might call the health department about the food all I wanted was a cold drink without the attitude

Horrible. Food is never close to fresh, you have to walk to 3 places just to check out, and the staff is as friendly as you’d bet. Go down the block instead.

THIS BURGER KinING IS THE BEST ONE I HAVE EVER VISITED! (Read On).It is right WITHIN a Gas Station, which is quite unusual because they are usually in a,"Stand Alone Building."On that note, it makes it VERY convienent to visit this Burger King for a number of GREAT reasons!1. IT'S EMPTY ALL THE TIME,AND OUR FOOD HAS TOALWAYS BE MADE FRESH,BECAUSE NOTHING SITS!!2. It is Actually INSIDE the GasStation Establishment, likesome Subway Restaurantsare set up. (Obviously NODRIVE THROUGH).3. EASY ON/OFF Rt.17/Jersey4. It's a ONE STOP SHOPPINGFOR MANY NEEDS AT ONCEI.e. BK ?, GAS ⛽, ?,Coffee, Snacks, etc.5. NEVER CROWDED-in/out!!!6.
