I’ve been coming to Carvel in Ramsey for years. While the ownership has changed over time, Carvel remains a welcome treat. They offer a great selection of soft and hard ice creams, along with a nice variety of cakes and cones for special occasions. And they have late hours. Always a satisfying stop!

We get all our birthday cakes here for years now. They have hard and soft serve. Also not just Vanilla or chocolate soft serve either. Today they had pistachio and another flavor.

Custom cakes as well as the regulars like fudgy the whale ready to go. Also UFOs and dipped cones.

Highly recommend.

Very last minute I had to get my friend a cake for her birthday and I decided to stop in to this Carvel store. I am so glad I did, Stephanie at the cash register was so sweet and she helped me decorate the cake exactly how I wanted. 10/10 would recommend
