First time at Houlihan’s with family. Overall experience was fantastic! Really loved their Kansas City Burger. The loaded nachos were also delicious! Service and atmosphere were also pleasant, and our waiter was a really fun guy!

I had such a fantastic experience thanks to Maddie and Mikey! From the moment we were seated, both of them went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Maddie was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was just right. Mikey had a great sense of humor and was super knowledgeable about the menu — his recommendations were spot-on!
They worked so well as a team, and their genuine hospitality made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. It's rare to find service this good. Maddie and Mikey truly made our night — I’ll definitely be coming back because of them. Highly recommend asking for them if you visit!

Terrible outdoor service. Waited 30 minutes for a waiter to come over to ask for a drink order. Food was cold when it finally came out over and hour later. Very disappointed. We always have great experiences at this location, maybe it was just an off night. We will try again.

We eat here frequently. The food is always good and reasonably priced. The super nice thing is the wait staff. There are several that have been there for a while which is unheard of in the restaurant business. All are attentive, kind and efficient. We especially like Emily. She always remembers us!

This is a surprisingly good restaurant for a chain with good food, drinks and service. I never think of going there, but when I do, I'm never disappointed. Reduce some of the lighting in the bar area booths and add some entertainment on weekends and this place could be a gem.
