I used to come to IHOP as a kid and its been a while. When I walked in I could tell the place hasn't been scrubbed clean in a while. They need to work on cleanliness. And the food is just ok. You could tell they defrost or use frozen food on some items. Do better IHOP.

We always stop here on our return trip to Florida, but this time was so special. All the staff seemed so jovial & attentive. Before leaving I made sure to praise the manager as to how much I enjoyed this visit. The staff was so pleasant that it made me feel like I was at Disney where I used to work. It was obvious who the manager was as he stopped at our table a couple of minutes after being seated & he seemed omnipresent. He indicated that he was trying make to make everyones experience special. His name is Octavia.

there was a hair in my spinach and mushroom omelette. The bacon was also basically a chip with how overcooked it was. Our final bill was $27 (tax included) and they said that 18% was seven dollars but when I calculated it less was than five?? Didn’t have high expectations because it’s ihop but not coming back in after today.

Don't pay with cash, they will take your change and pocket it... assume it's part of their tip...they don't even offer to give you your change back....then they act like it's no big deal...when they literally stole from you

So disappointed at the management and ownership of this iHop. Tried to go for dinner on a Thursday. They had one poor server for the whole restaurant and 1 poor cook in the kitchen. We waited for over 30 minutes to even order our food before we got up and left. The owners need to staff appropriately and care more for their employees.

My mom's pancakes were burnt which made me sad bc my entire family goes there a few times a year for her as it is her favorite restaurant. I just gave her my pancakes since they were fine and she was happy. Normally everything is perfect, hence why we go so often.
We like that we are seated in the back room because there’s about 10 of us and we can be loud and not worry about bothering other people. Our waiter was awesome last night and the host was also fabulous. They were just so nice and gracious.

IHOP is a fun place to go, it brings back good memories of being young and going for Pancakes 🥞 with my family. The team at the location I visited does a nice job, well done Team Ramsey IHOP!
