Love the fact that this is combined with KFC and Taco Bell into one, I remember when KFC used to be with "Long John Silvers" and vice versa, it's in a decent location and near the "Ramsey Square Center" so it's pretty convenient..
Attempted 3 times to order the chicken sandwich from the cashier. Despite all the signs in the restaurant and parking lot, she did not know what a chicken sandwich is. My appreciation for places with kiosk ordering just went up.
The coating on the quite pricey 12-piece bucket of chicken was completely soggy and extremely greasy. Must have been sitting around for quite a while. Very disappointing.
