Ridiculous service , ordered a mobile order and they weren’t ready for 45-50 minutes incredible , I had another restaurant waiting after close time with my order not knowing it was going to take this long for a McDonalds order.

The fries are always burnt even if you ask for fresh fries they twirl them around and give the same burnt fries to you it’s disgusting I’m never coming back here breakfast started at 11 fries burnt at 11:01 old grease maybe?

I ordered 2 kids meals with extra fries, no apple slices, a double cheese burger meal (comes with fries and a drink), and an order of medium fries at the drive-thru. The attendant didn’t spiral English and totally botched my order. When I parked my car What I got was completely different so I went into the restaurant to correct the order. No one at the register spike English and couldn’t figure out what I was asking for despite showing the items I ordered and the receipt! Ultimately, I gave up and went to Chick-fil-a. Do yourself a favor and skip ordering at this McDonalds.

I asked for no pickles no onions and they gave me that. They always get my order wrong. Whenever you come here. Check your order before you leave. I guarantee you that it will be wrong.

Employees were indifferent and moving slower than molasses. We came in around 8am and there was only 1 customer in front of us. We ordered 2 breakfast meals and it took the staff about 20 minutes to deliver egg and cheese biscuts/coffee/hashbrowns. Meanwhile, the divethrough processed 10-15 vehicles while we were left waiting

Service is very poor here, nobody maning counter, my mobile order was sitting in the back for 15 min, after I ashked a number of time about it. They are very disorganized and not customer service oriented. No apologies for the inconvenience, they don't care

Fry Chef

Badly managed location. After waiting on the line for several minutes the cashier disappears. Some time later an employee emerges from the back and yells to the customers to order from the menu board. Of course the drive-thru customers get preferential treatment like everywhere else and there are not enough employees or not enough trained employees, on top of any proactive management strategy at work here. Nobody cares. We have been here a half hour now waiting on coffee and hash browns. I feel bad for these employees doing the best they can with what they have.
