Went here with friends to see the Benjamins, who were great as always. Honestly this place is just a disaster- the layout is horrible for live music (no stage or dance floor) it took 40+ min to get a drink at the bar.They had tables and chairs set up for dinner but as the crowd got heavier and heavier no one came to clean up the tables. It was impossible to navigate and killed any chance of being able to dance to the music.Drinks were terrible and wrong - we ordered Vodka tonic and were served vodka club. Cheap liquor in plastic cups, and no limes. I really wish we had a better live music venue in this area. This place is the worst.

The server was friendly and seemed to be good and I do not think it was the servers fault but our appetizers came with and after our main course. 1 out of 4 main course came way after everyone else’s. Besides waiting 45 minutes for any food. When we ordered there was only a few tables taken.I asked to talk to manager I was told he was busy and would come when he can. He never came. I could have been more persistent and found him but asking to speak to him 3 times I thought was enough . I did tell the server to tell the Mgr we were disappointed but still he did not come.The atmosphere with band was great and the food was very good. This made it for the total night to be positive.

They stopped doing trivia on Wednesday nights. We are very disappointed as we have been going for over a year every Wednesday night despite the issues we have had with poor service and food taking forever and still coming out undercooked or incorrect.

Fun night with The Kootz band! We hadn't been to Pub 17 before and went for the rock & roll. It has a great atmosphere and the food was pretty good, especially the pumpkin pie for dessert!Olivia was wonderful! She gave us exceptional service and great advice on what to choose from the menu.Before you read past reviews, please keep in mind that Pub 17 is fairly new to this address.There was another place here that was a favorite to the locals. Things change. That's just the way it is.We totally enjoyed everything from the service, the food and especially the band!Thanks for having us. We'll be back!

The service was horrendous. The oysters were bad, even the horseradish was old. Each round of drinks for a party of 5 came out 1 or 2 at a time and took forever. Our 2nd round was ordered with our food and everyone finished eating still no drinks. No one asked how our food was, if we needed anything else, never refilled our water and if pre bussing tables was something they train on, they must have forgot. I cleared the dirty appetizers plates and put them near the server computer and they were still there when we left. Their were 3 tables in the dining room with customers, a small/decent bar crowd and not sure how busy the patio was but I saw 4 servers, 1 bartender and the woman who looked like the manager running around all over. This place was not staffed properly for a Friday night, at least this Friday night they should have had 2-3 bartenders. I guess everyone has bad nights, maybe we would give it another try but I'd wouldn't risk ordering the oysters again and I'd probably sit at the bar to stay in eye site of the person taking care of us. It's just sad when a nice outing with friends in from out of town turns into a table wide discussion of poor service all night. The pretzel sticks were excellent, the appetizer sampler was good, the chicken parm was above average.

First off, Tara is and was outstanding. We came in for Sunday football and they have the NFL package. $2 off all drafts and great discounts on wings. We got an order of wings with the bourbon and the Chinese ginger sauces. I have eaten wings at a ton of places and hands down the bests wings from here to Camden. So yes, the best wings I have had in NJ. AND WHERE ARE YOU GONNA GET $5 BLUE POINT PINTS IN BERGEN COUNTY.AND AGAIN TARA WAS AMAZING SHE IS ATTENTIVE FRIENDLY AND HAS FUN DOING WHAT SHE DOES.COME HERE EAT DRINK AND BE MERRY

This place used to be amazing when it was the Ramsey Tap Room. It has completely gone in the opposite direction and our family is so disappointed. There may be one waitress there still who would recognize my name and know we were frequent diners. We would be there at least weekly, and you were our go-to during COVID. Then ownership changed hands. First it was the atmosphere, the decor we could look past. Next, the menu was butchered. Staple items we loved were altered or no longer available, such as a very simple salad with strawberry dressing that just was discontinued without being told. We kept trying different items, nothing was that great. The last straw though, however, is the service. It used to be great. Management ruined it. Not once, not twice, but at least three different times we waited so long in the lobby that we had to just turn around and leave. Just last week, we waited upwards of 20 minutes, no one came by, and we left. We live 15 minutes away, so it wasn't like we could just run home. Completely unacceptable and mostly just disappointing because this place used to be great. The old owners and wonderful service staff would be disgusted. We're done being disappointed. We were loyal for many years, but it looks like this once really cool place just turned into another restaurant bar attached to a hotel on a highway. BTW, most of the good reviews on here are well before new name & management took over, and they just adopted the reviews and changed the name on Google. Completely misleading/ deceitful.
