I ordered the fish sandwich on the wall menus that stated $5.99, it's only available for a limited time only for Lent season. The Wendy rep rang it up for $1 more, I pointed to her I wanted it for the $5.99 she told me no, I have to pay for the inflated price on her system, the manager intervened and told me he won't honor the price.The representative for a stool and ripped the lowered advertised price from the display.Whoever runs this franchise needs to get his or her act together.If you're going to raise your prices put the higher prices up before you open for business.

This Wendy's used to be my go to. Just picked up a small meal and zero sauces or ketchup included. Nuggets were lukewarm and have a gross waxy after taste. They have never tasted like this. Another way for places to cut corners yet charge even more. This will be the last visit for me. I'd rather stop for a rare treat at a few other nearby spots.

Absolutely awful just went through the drive thru usually I go to a different Wendy’s. I ordered no salt fries of course there was salt on the fries the fries box was half filled and the fries looked like yesterdays fries I told the manager and he was super rude and refused to change out the food ! Absolutely would never come back. Aside from that the nuggets were overdone or refried because that’s what it looked like they threw them back into the oil and the messed up I ordered two burgers one chicken sandwhich he gave two chicken sandwiches and one burger mind you it wasn’t even busy cannot stand when managers don’t know how to manage the store owner needs to rethink who he puts in charge! What also needs to be understood is that when people buy fast food it’s supposed to alivate stress not bring more stress. The nuggets were so gross I threw them out but here’s a pic of the nasty fries that also went in the trash completely wasted $20 came home and still had to cook. As you can see in the photo I am home slicing up my own potato’s to stick in the fire box those of you with kids know exactly what I mean I basically paid $20 for juice boxes and Wendy’s fries box ? and to be met with unprofessionalism on top of that is just a firm NO mind you the the dine in experience isn’t much better since it’s off the highway it’s literally the size of a shoe box and is never tidy either. I cannot say enough bad things about this place. Save your money stay home and cook! You truly do get what you pay for!

“Quality is our recipe” clearly need to take your orders better. Because we got a cheeseburger without cheese patty or anything. Just 2 buns and it was my kids food and he was so mad.

Ordered on the app, pulled up to the window to get my drinks and was asked to pull up to wait for my food no big deal. Wait a little bit while when they bring out my food. Ok all the food is there are no straws for the drinks. At this location I can't back up or turn around if I exit I'm on RT 17 north with no options. I can't exit my car to get in the restaurant so I'm stuck until I get the attention of an employee. Eventually I was able to get the attention as I was blocking the exit and receiving my missing straws.

Most Wendy's are the same thing consistent . This one get one less star because the las4 few times there was always something less than consistent. Last time it was a stale bun, I've got a dry burger a few times there, no napkins given with take out order, always a little something to make it less than consistent with the average Wendy's. I still will go and nothing is bad. Just not 100%
