“Consistently great food with weekly specials Tuesday - Thursday and Friday - Sunday. Very friendly staff. The owner Nick stops by the tables to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. He builds the menu himself - a graduate of Johnson & Wales.”

“That restaurant's amazing, you gotta try it! A real find in Raritan. The wood-fired pizza is next level — crispy, flavorful, and made fresh with every order. The Italian calamari? Perfectly golden and seasoned just right. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff treat you like family. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal, Il Forno a Legna hits the spot every time. Definitely one of Raritan’s hidden gems!”

“I came here for lunch and wanted to try something new. I saw this place and Raritan and it looked pretty good, I never knew there was so much Latin American food in Raritan. The inside of this place makes you feel warm and local. Clearly it is not a big chain. The lady working there is chill and nice, but it might be better if you can speak Spanish. Since I'm vegetarian, there is usually limited options in South American cuisine. I ordered a vegetable quesadilla and bean and cheese empanada. I'm pretty sure they could customize other items to make it suitable but it was kind of hard communicating.
The quesadilla was pretty good, I liked it but it was nothing crazy. The empanadas were also good but I wish they had one with more vegetables because beans and cheese is kind of bland. They did give two kinds of sauces which made the dish a little better since it added more flavor. However, I do have to say this palce is kind of expensive. There prices are definitely not lower than other options, and might be a little higher. I paid around $26 for two items which is around what other stuff costs, but considering I do not eat meat it can feel expensive.
Again this place would be a better option for people with no restrictions, but still a nice try.
They had a lot of cool drinks from the area and desserts which I should have tried. Everything was made fresh and served hot. I would reccommend going here and supporting small businesses in general.”

“This restaurant is a must-visit for its flavorful veg biryani and perfectly grilled paneer tikka. Highly recommended, the chef's expertise shines through, and the attentive waitstaff enhance the experience. Authentic Indian cuisine at its best!”
“I lived in Raritan for many years and I always stopped in here for breakfast. Good food. Fresh bagels. Fresh coffee. Used to love to go in there on St Patrick's Day because the owner would make corned beef and cabbage. Great place not sure if Danny still owns it but if you do, Fred says hello”

“Excellent customer service, very friendly and polite. I shouldn't have ordered the Lo mein because they put mushrooms in it
If I had known they put mushrooms in their Lo mein I wouldn't have ordered it for myself but the other items was good. Their rice is the only rice I can eat”
