Every barista behind the counter always greets with warm energy and their service always has me leaving happy. So glad they're expanding with locations now I have one right down my block!
This is my favorite place to get coffee in the area. The espresso is consistently delicious! The people that work at this location are so nice and I have always had great service.

Ambee has some of the best coffee in the neighborhood. I’ve only had their black coffee and cold brew so far and it’s great. Just tried the ube cold foam cold brew today and it was great, just the right touch of sweetness without overpowering the coffee. It’s a gem of a coffee shop in our neighborhood!

I LOVED this spot! It is in such a convenient location and the products are consistently top notch quality! I enjoyed their cheddar scallion scone so much! That being said, I did not have good customer service at this location & actually stopped going here in December of 2023 because of the interactions I’ve had with one barista (short/buzzed hair). Everyone has bad days—I absolutely did in my customer facing jobs in the past and I still do. We are all human, so this is expected. However, I noticed that every time I came in it would be the same barista—giving me a dirty look and overall acting as if I was inconveniencing them by walking in and ordering. I thought perhaps I inconvenienced them when I ordered a pistachio matcha latte, as they were being super bubbly and pleasant to the other patrons and not me. I originally was not going to write this review but felt that I should be honest about my experiences here, as I saw that others were having the same.

Loved this place in the beginning when I moved to this area back in September. In the past month, this place has gone downhill in regards to the quality of service. Over the past month of multiple per week orders, over half the time something in my order is wrong. The wait time is forever lately because the staff do not know what they are doing. One of the male baristas is extremely rude to customers. When I informed him my order was wrong- he initially argued with me telling me it was right only to find out a couple of minutes later it was indeed the wrong order. The quality of food has suffered too- I received stale bread a couple of times that tasted off. I wanted to give this place the benefit of doubt since it used to be great and they have gluten free options (which they have given me gluten numerous times by accident and I’m extremely sensitive to gluten) but I won’t be ordering from here anymore. Having my order arrive incorrect more than half the time and having to ask for a refund has become so inconvenient and a hassle. I hope the manager takes charge and gets better staff - because what a waste of a great concept!

A cute, organic coffee shop with a wider variety of flavor options for lattes than most coffee shops. Some are more unique, too, like ube or pistachio. There's a good variety of baked items and options for breakfast sandwiches. The staff was friendly and helpful, too. The bald barista with a bunch of piercings on her face up front was rude from the jump. Greeted her and she stood there silent with a dirty look, decided to leave because of her lack of hospitality. People of course have bad days but do better with staff.
