We enjoyed ourselves very much at Char. The staff and service were wonderful. The food was cooked perfectly for all 4 of us. Everyone's steaks were cooked to their liking and the 2 lobster tails were the best. This was our second time at Char and definitely will not be our last. You're missing out if you don't give Char a try. You won't be disappointed!!

Outstanding service and food. The stuffed lobster was exceptional. Everyone's filet mignon was tender and cooked to perfection. Char's lobster Mac is the best around. Can't wait for the outdoor area to be finished.

First time at Char - very good steakhouse, but a bit pricy for the quality of the steak, which could have been a bit more flavorful. Friends had the scallops and pork chop which were very well received. Need to increase selection of wines by the glass as not always can decide on one wine for a bottle. Decor a bit dated, but service was excellent - from front of house to wait staff, they made us feel like a valued customer. Now only if they could provide a bit more value, I'd give 5 stars.

Very good food, excellent service. Deducted two stars because they are nickel and diming the customer. If you use a credit card, they tack on an extra 3% to your bill! At this restaurant's very high price point, expensive restaurant it is very petty for them to ask for an additional 3%. Everyone uses a credit card at upscale restaurants.

Without a doubt it was 5 Star service and food. The hostesses were awesome and owner, Matteo greeted us and welcomed us. We really enjoyed the perfectly cooked steaks and all side dishes The waitresses and servers were amazing as well. A great high level Steakhouse that is well worth the price.

5 Star service and food, a top notch high level steakhouse restaurant. Greeted by Maitre and also owner Matteo . Steaks were cooked to perfection and fresh bread variety and side dishes were delicious!
Food was not properly timed. Dinner delivered whilst still eating appetizers. Steak returned to kitchen n redelivered tasting less than optimal. Not to mention the portions not as described or worth the price.

Food was great. Me and my fiance have been wanting to go since we first met almost 8 years ago and was able to bring her finally after all this time. Probably wouldn't go back do to the fact I hade every single worker staring at us like we were to young or as if we would walk out without paying. Felt like I was a criminal just trying to eat my very expensive meal. Shouldn't judge a book by it's cover.
Kentucky steak is not worth the money, fatty , chewy, and mash potatoes over prices for processed flake potatoes.

I ordered the Kansas city it was chewy and a lot of fat no marbled like they say. For the price definitely not worth it mashed potatoes are from powder mix again price for that not so good. I will not be going here. Longhorn steakhouse has better mashed and steak and cheaper.

The food was good but the server got busy and forgot about us. The portions were small and they filed out one piece of bread. I don't mind paying good money for a meal but I want value and ambience
