I came here for lunch and wanted to try something new. I saw this place and Raritan and it looked pretty good, I never knew there was so much Latin American food in Raritan. The inside of this place makes you feel warm and local. Clearly it is not a big chain. The lady working there is chill and nice, but it might be better if you can speak Spanish. Since I'm vegetarian, there is usually limited options in South American cuisine. I ordered a vegetable quesadilla and bean and cheese empanada. I'm pretty sure they could customize other items to make it suitable but it was kind of hard communicating.
The quesadilla was pretty good, I liked it but it was nothing crazy. The empanadas were also good but I wish they had one with more vegetables because beans and cheese is kind of bland. They did give two kinds of sauces which made the dish a little better since it added more flavor. However, I do have to say this palce is kind of expensive. There prices are definitely not lower than other options, and might be a little higher. I paid around $26 for two items which is around what other stuff costs, but considering I do not eat meat it can feel expensive.
Again this place would be a better option for people with no restrictions, but still a nice try. They had a lot of cool drinks from the area and desserts which I should have tried. Everything was made fresh and served hot. I would reccommend going here and supporting small businesses in general.

This place is a hidden gem! Their burritos are huge,fresh, delicious and we Love their fresh guac 🥑😋!
I think this place is still in business mainly because of its location. There aren’t many Spanish restaurants around, and the ones nearby are more bars. However, I do agree with some of the reviews—it's overpriced. The food is decent, but I’d rate it a 7 out of 10.

If I could tell you this, it is the worst store I have ever seen in this area. The disgusting abusive guy leaves you talking alone and then sends you to another place. I do not recommend this place at all. The owner should educate the guy and if he He is the owner so he should educate himself

$16 for a medium sized plate of food is overpriced. Rice was mushy and not fresh you can tell it was about 2 days old. The food quality overall wasn’t that great. There’s plenty of other places I’ve been to where you could pay less, Get more food and better quality.

Great food! Had the papusas. Nice staff, and food was served quickly. This is really more of a takeout place. Some small tables. The air conditioner wasn't enough to keep the room cool, though this was a very hot day.
