Horrible experience the Mexican guy and lady that work the night shift need a better job something where they don’t deal with customers extremely rude and soooo UNSANITARY I saw the lady take out trash and handle order like nothing and the guy making the food OMG NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS AFYER HANDLING ANYTHING HE GAVE OUT AN ORDER HANDLE MONEY AND ALL BUT NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS CLEANLY NEVER LEARNED ABOUT CROSS CONTAMINATION NO WONDER WHY I WAS SICK LAST TIME … note to management or owners you need better people with actual knowledge of food handling and environment total unacceptable also the lady at front was yelling and being extremely rude never encountered such a bad customer service I’ll report this to corporate and will follow up with health department

The girl at the counter told me ordering is only online which makes no sense. Why would it be only online? No one picks up the phone. The girl at the front doesn’t even speak English very well.
Apparent you are not even able to order in store as well as well as over the phone. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. What if I have a special order? How do i explain it to someone working there? This is a disaster waiting to happen. I also contacted the main corp to ask them why they would have a store that only accepts online ordering.

I had an order, and there was hair inside the food. When I called, they complained about it. They were super tough, and they told me I had to go to the store to prove that. I mentioned at the beginning that I took a picture and lived 25 minutes away, and I asked him to give me a phone number so I could send it to him! After I sent the picture, they didn't care to apologize for the inconvenience or get back to me

I placed an order through DoorDash. Made the delivery guy wait for half hour. Is that how long it takes to make the pizza? The delivery guy didn’t arrive immediately after I had placed the order. Obviously the pizza was cold, hard and chewy. Apparently, they had made the pizza but it must have been sitting there.
Ordered 2 pizzas. One pepperoni and sausage the other one banana peppers. Pizza was OK. Domino's taste better, but has horrible customer service. If you are hungry and want value, this is OK. I still have more than 1/2 of pizza left over, and I am not a picky eater.
