I had high hopes for this Italian bakery — and to be fair, the cookies/cake were pretty good, despite other reviews. Fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Unfortunately, the experience was soured by the way I was treated by the staff. Their attitude was dismissive and, frankly, disrespectful. I felt unwelcome from the moment I walked in. No matter how good the pastries are, customer service matters just as much no matter what time someone walks in— and in this case, it was bad enough that I won’t be returning. A real shame, because the baked goods deserve better representation.

you should post your Sunday hours correct. Can in at 4:30 pm and everything in deli put away and could get a sandwich. Oh well just a wasted trip there.
