Within my last three visits to Randazzo's, I've ordered different chicken sandwiches with the hope of them being better than my last experience. Unfortunately, the sandwiches always lack flavor and quality. Additionally, the mozzarella and tomato pasta salad side was completely frozen on my latest visit.

I’m very disappointed with this cake order. I specifically requested the heart-shaped “Sweet Sixteen” cake, with soft pink and cream colors — elegant and simple. They said they could not do the heart shape but a circle which was fine. Instead, I received a cake with bright pink frosting and the wrong overall design. It even looked messy compared to what I ordered, and the writing wasn’t neat at all. This was supposed to be for a special Sweet Sixteen celebration, and it was really frustrating to open the box and see something that looked nothing like the picture. For the price I paid, I expected better attention to detail and to actually get what I ordered. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

My sister ordered a cake for my nieces 16th birthday. She gave them a picture of the color scheme and was told they could make something similar, but not the same sides. When we took home and opened. It was awful. (Pictures attached)The bakery was too busy to open for her when she picked up. It was a hot pink with juvenile writing and the cake was crooked. We wanted a light pink with yellow. She called the bakery and Joe the owner said it looked the same and it looked great. No apology at all. We will not recommend this bakery to anyone. Customer Service is terrible as well as the cakes. We paid $50 for something we could of made nicer ourselves.
Choosing treats is SUPER fun here. Prices are great, but the quality of the chocolate and cream are reflective of that. Still delish 😋

It was great until there were stale cookies !!! Was staying in Bridgewater for 2 months and purchased quite a bit from this bakery ...Cakes, cookies, bread etc ... Got my usual #16 cookies and they were so so stale ! Sent them a message 2 times, and NOT even a reply back ... Not nice Randazzo !!!
