She is patient, caring and will go above and beyond to ensure your vision is brought to life. She is a master of her craft, and her cakes are absolutely delicious. Everyone was raving about the cake she made for my daughter’s first birthday party. Not only did it look beautiful but it tasted amazing too! She has amazing attention to detail. I am happy to have found a local gem and would recommend her for anyone’s cake/pastry needs!
I live in nyc had to find a baker that was able to create a custom ube cake. Unfortunately, there was only one place in queens, NY that could make it but had poor communication. I was still eager to find a custom ube cake for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday so I explored my options out of state. For all the numerous positive reviews for Sweet New Creations in NJ, I decided to contact Daisy, the owner, and she was able to make the cake I exactly envisioned! She is clear with communication, professional, and one of the most talented! Not only was the cake down right gorgeous, but the cake was so delicious! It tasted natural and the texture was divine. Everyone at the party (x30) finished the cake down to the crumb and I have got to say that it was well worth the 1 and a half hour commute to pick up the cake. A BIG BIG THANK YOU TO THIS BUSINESS ???? Hopefully I will host another party so that I can try her cakes again ? ? ?

We hired daisy for my sons first birthday party. She did a big cannoli cake, smash cake, and dessert table (chocolate covered Oreos, rice krispy treats, chocolate covered pretzels and cake pops). Everything was beautiful and so delicious. The treats were individually wrapped so guests could take some home with them too if they wanted. Daisy was so easy to work with. Very responsive and flexible while I was working out head count and timing for pickup. Highly recommend Sweet New Creations!
