I really enjoyed my visit to Antoinette Boulangerie. The customer service experience was the best in redbank. Quincy took great care of us and made a great recommendation to try their croissants. I can’t wait to go back.
Stopped by for breakfast after a hike around Rocky Point Trail. I had the ham and cheese croissant and my friends had the almond croissant. They were both phenomenal. I'm a savory fan so the thick salty ham at the center made me happy. The almond croissant had some chocolate and was decadent as well. The interior is so pretty with its pastries and decor. Service was quick and we were able to sit at their tables outside and enjoy our croissants in the nice weather.
My wife is an excellent baker, who usually makes my birthday cake for me. This year she couldn't, so I bought a cake from Antoinette Boulangerie. I'm a bakery snob. When I'm not eating homemade desserts, I only buy from the best bakeries in NYC and NJ. Antoinette Boulangerie is one of them.
