I promised myself that I would never come back to this place since I had a rude experience with one of the cashiers. HOWEVER today I was need of bagels and what other place than the one and only bagel station. The cashier was a different person very friendly, nice, and knowledgeable on the items. She told me that I could order a platter of bagels next time. ( I might in the future). I was grateful by the experience and service that I gave a generous tip.
Not gonna lie, I was a bit 😞 disappointed they offer gluten free,but nothing was fresh made. It's store bought frozen bagels. Maybe mention that online. Not thing terrible to report other than that. As a New Yorker, the cream cheese was most likely store bought as well. Wasn't bad, no, but tasting that processing in the cream cheese is off putting. I can go to any Bodega and get the same if not better.
Used to have an office on Monmouth Street 30 years ago. Came back to visit and get a pork roll egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Still as good as I remember. I live in SC now and can't get them.
