“I was here when they first opened. it was not really "for me". Recently tried it again and loved it. I am vegetarian and my friend is vegan. we found options. Really enjoyed the eggplant sandwich. Would love more options (saw on one of the burger challenges a portobello on a burger, so loose the beef and just do the portobello) then I would definitely be there more often. Plan to check out the events that they have in the winter. So nice to have a quality and nice place locally to go out to at night.“

“If you're looking for a fancy dining experience with a fancy atmosphere this is not the place. But if you're looking for a delicious meal that's also reasonably priced this is the place. Food is very good. The eating area is shared by a bar so that it could get a little loud. But these are all good. Hard-working local people. No woke here. All good hard-working red blooded Americans. Service is fast and friendly. Definitely recommend this place. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance cuz it's just in a little shopping mall. I'll definitely be coming back.“

“Cool place to hang and watch a game. Seats were comfortable and newer than the rest of the park. Historic facilities and in need of an upgrade to attract people to return. Grounds were clean and the restrooms were spotless. Staff was helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking and lot is under a lot of construction. Definitely will be back.“

“Crashed a private event and it was just my style. Might be stuffy in comparison to the bar around the corner, but otherwise seems like first class classical music and comfy couches for a celebratory drink. Can't comment on the food.

He took the whole crew to Murphy’s Tavern with the promise that they’d get a taste of a local legend: a good old-fashioned speakeasy tucked away in the basement of a house, right in the heart of a residential neighborhood. “I had the Cajun chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The bartender Jennifer turned me on to their French fries and just like she said they were also delicious. first time being there I will definitely go back if I find my way up there again great place good food cold beer nice people.“

“We went to Brickhouse today and had Brooke as our waitress she was awesome! We had the chili nachos and pretzel for appetizers they were huge and really good! The beer is always ice cold and no matter what you order the food is always great especially the cheesesteak! Highly recommend brickhouse in Neptune Nj“

“my husband and I have been coming to mjs for years whether it's for a lunch date or dinner with our kids MJS never disappoints. the food is always on point, no matter what we get it is always delicious. a few top favorites chicken Italiano sandwich, their homemade thousand island dressing for salads is out of this world, french dip is the best i've ever had. ahi tuna app to dye for! if ur lucky enough to get Emma as your server or Bartender you will not be disappointed she is always so personable attentive knows the menu really well and makes a mean expresso martini! she treats our kids like gold and keeps them entertained. Mjs is a well oiled machine run by the best manager I've ever seen. Dyan's attention to detail and making the place feel so welcoming and having everything that comes out of the kitchen on point she makes sure the servers and bartenders are very well trained. if she's there working she is always there greeting the guests and helping the staff make sure every guest has an amazing experience.She will also help you throw a sweet party and works with you to keep the price within your budget while giving you the best bang for your buck. she does an amazing job transforming the dining area into a great party space. I've had my son's christening, baby shower, birthday parties here in the dining room each time Dyan has gone above and beyond making sure everything was perfect. whether you are considering having a party or going to dinner or lunch do not pass MJS in Middletown up you will not regret it. & if you want a fun night out- Monday night bingo is always a hit or looking for something to do during NFL Sunday game day head to mjs it is an amazing atmosphere and great specials!“

“Just had my wedding there and from the very beginning all the staff have been very helpful and responsive. I had a fantastic experience. My dream was to have a beach wedding and due to unexpected weather right before my ceremony we had to change plans and they were great and said they would do whatever I wanted to were super compassionate and helpful. I would have my wedding there again in a heartbeat!“

“We were there yesterday with a large party and had a great time watching the games. We sat outside and our server, Allie, was really on her game. We wanted for nothing all day. The food and drink selection was awesome. Drinks were not lacking in the alcohol department and the plates were plentiful. They also had some creative non-alcoholic options that a few of our friends enjoyed. Looking forward to the next time we can get back. I also loved that the place is dog friendly!“

“Been going to Max’s since I was kid & they were on the Boardwalk. Still the best hot dog I’ve ever had. Also love their crispy onion rings, steak fries, zucchini fries & sweet potato fries. Other menu items look good however I cannot go to Max’s without getting their famous hot dog!“
