Beautiful place. Historic, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. Was there last week for lunch after the St. Patrick’s Day parade and my son and I got food poisoning from the steak sandwich. :(
I bring my 80+ year old mom there once a month after her eye doctor. The staff and patrons always help her in and out with her walker. Great kind staff and food
The shrimps were so tiny 😞.The beer was great. Staff very welcoming 👍. First time visiting Red bank .

came with my family for their thanksgiving menu. my main course had a hair in it, and when i told the waitress, she didn’t even apologize. fine, mistakes happen, but to not care at all or say anything about it was very strange. and they asked for 20% gratuity on top of it, insanity.

Great food, the beef stew was excellent and my new favorite here. A little pricey, but always love coming here. Nice to sit by the fire and in the cozy dining room, especially on a cold winter night.

The food was terrible, I've had great meals at the Dublin house before but the food has gone down hill fast. The shrimp were frozen fried shrimp, the corned beef for my Reuben was super dry, the bangers that came with mashed potatoes were soft and like jelly, even the lava cake had no lava, the chocolate inside of the lava cake was rock hard. I can understand having an off day with some food, but to have terrible food from start to finish was telling. The Dublin house is a bar, not a restaurant if your going there to drink only, you'll have a great time, but to eat, I would stay clear. Especially since Red Bank has so many good food options other the this place. I won't be returning to eat dinner.

Cool place for a drink with a nice outdoor area. Food is 'ehh'.
EDIT: I’ve been back a few times since- I love the building, and a proper Guinness pour. I had the food again, and had a better experience.

Food is 10/10, get the beer cheese and pretzel hands down the best beer cheese I’ve ever tasted. Ask for Rock if he’s available, also 10/10 best server I’ve had! Put this on your bucket list when visiting.
