When Rice Box closed I legitimately thought I would be sad forever. But then Spice Thai Bistro came along to heal my broken heart and fill my belly and soul with the best Thai food in NJ. Despite the small location, they pack big flavor into each dish. The Pad Thai and the grilled pork skewers are my personal favorites. The staff are all absolutely wonderful. I tried another Thai Restaurant when visiting Jersey before but it didn't leave much of an impression so I left no review. Stumbled on Spicy Thai Bistro and ordering my go to dish (pad see ew) which did not disappoint. A very casual eatery, no need for reservations. Opted for the shrimp in my order and devoured the entire meal even though the plan was to leave left overs for tomorrow....so much for that idea lol.
