Very good staff, especially the two ladies, are very good and polite to customers, the food is delicious. I ate outside and went in for paper towels. The most polite staff I have ever seen

I walked in Gems bagels. And there was 2 young girls working the front. The store was empty no one was there but me. I asked the young girl. If I can have a strawberry cream cheese bagel and she gives me a regular cream cheese bagel. so I take it back and have her re make it. She hands me the bagel with no strawberry cream cheese on it. It was all bread. Also how the bread was cut. It looked like a toddler did it. This had to be the worst bagel I have had from this location. Do better.

Ariselli (I probably did not spell that correctly) is so wonderful. She is so kind and helpful , she knows the menu well, and has amazing customer service skills , coming from someone whose worked hospitality there whole life , she’s wonderful, the deli is wonderful, can’t rave about this place enough .

Really Really good?
Delivery order was packaged perfectly and some of the best bagels and breakfast sandwiches we've had. Looking forward to trying more items from here. Definitely try the roasted red peppers because they are fantastic!

The bagels are some of the best I've had! This was my first time there but definitely won't be my last. I had a pick up order through Too Good To Go and I was greeted and served immediately when I came through the door and they even let me take a brownie!
They constantly get my order wrong to the point I think they’re doing it on purpose… I’m not asking for much
