Good Karma Cafe is our nearby special occasion spot. We like everything that we get from there, and we have tried at least half of the large menu at this point. However, our family favorite is the tiramisu cup. On multiple occasions we have foregone birthday cake in favor of those tiramisu cups. Delicious.
We were looking for a vegan restaurant to stop at about halfway through a drive from Bergen County to a shore point and found this place on Happy Cow. It did not disappoint! Food was delicious. Service was friendly and attentive, and the portions were large. We ordered the mac & cheese with coconut bacon and the Reuben sandwich. Although we were full we ordered two desserts to go because they looked so delicious . We ate them later on at home and they were delicious as well!...
I came in for a pick up order yesterday, after many years of not being in the area. I was very glad to see my favorite item (the seitan chimichuri sticks) were still on the menu. The entire staff was so warm and friendly, making the experience extremely positive. After checking out, I decided to also grab a lemon and lavender cupcake, which was fantastic. The only way I can describe the chimichuri sticks is “heavenly”. They were just as I had remembered, if not even better....
