The Molly Pitcher is a landmark in our area. A beautiful hotel and I have relatives that stay there regularly and absolute love it. View is beautiful and we would dIne there weejky if the kitchen was able to accommodate some subtle adjustments to the menu
I'd give The Molly Pitcher Inn a 31/2 out a total of 5. The ambiance, view, service and even menu selection are all a 5! It's a great space! But the food is mediocre! It's totally edible and something's are better than other things but for the price it's not great!!! You get bread and butter to begin and they are fine, the appetizers we had, Atlantic Chowder and Strawberry Salad were actually very good and the portions were excellent! So they score a 5...
This was the first time we went to the Molly Pitcher to eat in a long time. The advertised burger special peaked our interest and was appealing along with outdoor seating along the river. I will start by saying our waitress was very good and we had no problem with her service. The unfortunate part was it took 2.5 hours to get our table of four 4 burgers. another table got up and left after waiting 1.5 hrs. On top of it, after a 2.5 hr wait, my burger was overcooked, had dry short...
