Celebrated a friend's birthday with a large group (around 15). The server was fantastic, and the atmosphere was lovely. Appetizers were a hit with those who ordered them. However, my chicken francese was significantly delayed, leaving me watching everyone else eat. My husband's chicken francese, which arrived on time, was a small, tasteless portion, a point the manager disputed. When my dish finally arrived, it was noticeably larger, beautifully presented, and delicious. Oddly, my husbands came out with a thicker (different) pasta. The manager did take 50% my husbands meal, though I felt it should have been comped entirely. Or replace it! The dessert course brought another delay for me; while everyone else enjoyed theirs and sang happy birthday, mine didn't appear until they were finished, so I had to take it to go. The Nutella pie was fantastic at home, but the disjointed dining experience was disappointing.

We were a party of 11, staff rushed us tried to take dinner order before all guests were even seated. Had to ask staff 3 times to please give us 5 minutes. Veal MILANESE terrible, veal was skimpy & cold, it was all arugula & for $34? At least 3 other bad meals in our group & not our first poor experience either. Sorry, Neapoli, you are off our list😩

We stumbled upon this restaurant on a Saturday evening and couldn't be happier. The staff were able to seat us although we didn't have a reservation and was welcoming. Started off with a pitcher of sangria followed by the calamari and mozzarella appetizers. Clams and linguine were excellent. My wife and Sister in Law were unable to eat their generous portion meals and took them home. Wrapped up our dinners with a great dessert and cappuccino. Staff and management checked in to ensure we were happy. When down this way again, we will surely visit.

My husband had my 50th birthday party in the wine room on July 20th and we could not have been happier. Room is beautiful, staff was attentive and lovely. Food was fantastic. Louis was great to deal with leading up to planning the party. Would definitely consider them for future events and night outs
