Opentable Diner

We went for brunch, and it was a great place with pretty amazing food. People were nicely dressed, as well as casual with football jerseys. Staff was friendly and never made you feel rushed. An extensive wine and cocktail menu makes it a great place to socialize and enjoy a good meal. We will definitely be back for dinner one day.

Very lively. Food and servers were great. Price on a glass of Quilt Cab quite good and so was the wine. My wife and I shared mussels with pomme frite and pasta bolognese. Both were quite good. Overall great experience.

Had a wonderful Easter lunch...I was super excited to have N/A wine as an option not just mock tails at a restaurant 😊

Nice relaxing environment. Nicholas Barrel & Roost is simply the place I go when I want to take good friends out for a nice brunch. The service is consistently good, the food is always tasty.

Had a great lunch here with two friends, and it was their first time visiting—they absolutely loved it! Everything we ordered was delicious, and the service was excellent. Our waitress, Emily, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made our experience even better. Highly recommend this spot!

We heard about this place and were excited to try it out one night, but I believe that was the first and last time we will go to this restaurant. The service was good and we liked the atmosphere, but the food was a different story. $15 for soup that seemed like it came out of a can. $24 for 4 pieces of ravioli that’s mostly covered with grapes (and I’ll say the cheese ravioli at Costco is 10 times better). Not one dish we got blew us away or was worth the price. Very disappointing and hopefully we just went on a bad night or the cook was out. But I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you want a fun time and just a good atmosphere. Maybe the plan there is to get you drunk so you don’t taste the food lol but again I was so disappointed and feel we wasted our money. And this is coming from someone whose worst review for a restaurant used to be “the food was okay”.

Went on Valentines day . First time since years ago when it was Nicholas . Pleasantly surprised . Decor , style very nice . 3 big rooms . Service excellent . We split the Roman pizza , turkey sandwich , popcorn chicken appetizer , chocolate cookies dessert . Will definitely go back . One thing disappointing is no free refills on ice tea & almost all ice filled. So paid $20 for are teas combined. Will request much less ice next time .

Stopped in at 4:30pm and were seated. We were given lunch menu’s. I asked about dinner menu’s and was told dinner doesn’t start until 5. I said okay and asked if we could order some apps and drinks and wait for the dinner menu to order our entrees. (Lunch menu was very limited) We were told yes. We ordered a few apps and drinks and waited. At 5 our menu’s were brought to us. We ordered and when our food was brought out we were told we had to be out of there by 5:30 because they had reservations coming in and our table was needed. We had 15 minutes to eat, pay, and leave. Why not just tell us when we asked about dinner menus? We would have gone somewhere else. The food was okay. It wasn’t bad, wasn’t great, just okay. For a $350.00 meal for 3 people it was mid and having to eat our main meals in 15 mins was ridiculous.

Ordered the shrimp tacos. Very disappointed. Shrimp overcooked and taco filling very dry. First time dining here and picked this restaurant based on reviews. Very expensive for a disappointing meal ☹️. Atmosphere was nice and service was decent.
