Sandwiches are delicious! Closest thing around here to a NYC deli. Staff is pleasant & courteous.
Love this place! I go here at least once a week for a coffee and a sandwich. Their specials are great and my son always gets a sweet treat. We like to sit out in the patio which is covered.

Based on the reviews, Brennan's in Middletown is a restaurant known for serving the best sandwiches in Central Jersey. The sesame sub roll is the best, and the bread is always fresh and tasty with generous portions of meat and just the right amount of toppings. The #9 with pork tenderloin and a side of potato salad is excellent, with moist, tender, and flavorful pork. The brownie is terrific, with the perfect balance between cake and brownie texture. The coffee is pretty bold. The food smells delicious, and the quality is second to none with a lot of choices. The staff is awesome, friendly, and outgoing. The building is clean and well maintained, offering a very New England ambiance where customers can sit on a wood porch and enjoy lunch. The online ordering system is spot-on. Brennan’s is a welcomed change from sandwich chains.
