This may seem small but we reserved a standard table and they tried to place us at a high top right by the front door. I spefically reserved a standard table because I was sat at a high top the previous time I was there and did not like the seat height for me.
We have been to Nicholas many times and have always had a great meal. I took my wife and family for brunch on Sunday and it was very disappointing. I ordered a French Omelette and was served a Western omelette- My son's eggs were served cold as was my Wife's egg on her avocado toast. We definitely will be back for dinner but not Brunch
We had eaten there while it was still fine dining. we were disappointed that it had now become casual. It was listed at one of the most romantic restaurants in Monmouth County. It was not. Bread was not offered.
