Th food here is soo good. It’s my favorite croissant place at the Shore. There are tons of delicious baked goods that it is hard to choose from. Their coffee is also excellent. My favorite though is their regular croissant and their ham and cheese croissant.

The cashier was incredibly rude. He just set our desserts down on the table without saying anything, making it feel like we didn’t even pay for them. When my boyfriend and I politely asked for a tray, he dismissively said, “We don’t have trays,” instead of simply pointing us to where they were. His condescending attitude was unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I regret leaving a tip for such poor service.

The customer service on this location is great! The environment is welcoming. There are many options gluten free and vegan as well. To go or to eat on site is definitely recommended. Thank you!

I have to make a HUGE shoutout to this staff, especially the three kindness, most patient men (working Thursday afternoon around 3:30)! I wish I had gotten their names but I didn’t. My daughter accidentally dropped her phone between the booth seating and the wall. It was very stuck and the entire bench needed to be unbolted to get it out. They didn’t have the proper tools so it seemed like a lost cause. One man even offered to bring the right tools in tomorrow (he lived one hour away) and unbolt the bench! So nice!!!
However, he didn’t need to do this because they all worked together and kept using whatever they had in the back to create things to grab the phone. After almost 35 minutes (of them taking time away from their jobs), they got her phone out!
This was beyond kind and you made my 11 year old girl very happy (and her mom too)!
Thank you so much for your extra efforts and hard work! We will be back to eat all the delicious pastries!

Visited the town for the first time, not my first in a Paris Baguette, but the customer service is definitely different. The most unfriendliest customer service ever, making you feel indifferent bc I’m not your typical customer.
And the chocolate croissant had barely chocolate in it.
My daughter loves the croissant bread here. Delicious pastries 😋

I appreciate it is a chain, but the food quality was poor. Everything was quite dry. Is this because I went in the afternoon? I thought that Lavazza could have been a nice plus, but the coffee was not great. We left it. I assume that the problem is the hotel style machine they use in the shop.

I enjoy coming here atleast two days in the week and been waiting to write this review! The food here is always good especially after a workout, stroll or with the family. The drinks look wonderful as I've only had coffee but the kids always love getting the new beverages on the menu, I suggest coming during the week as the weekends can get pretty busy from what I've seen. The staff is pretty helpful and always welcoming! The one thing I do warn about is the fellow costumers that can be rude and cause a long wait in line which sometimes make the atmosphere unenjoyable! I've only come by in the afternoons so I would assume this is caused by the tension of rush hour. But other than that there's a good selection at this location and kind staff, I've seen them constantly clean up the tables and floors which is nice to know that they pride themselves at providing clean service to the community! The two younger staff with glasses at the registers are respectful and the older gentlemen and lady's are kind. I went in Saturday afternoon to buy a cake as another bakery completely failed on the one I had pre-ordered for my event so I was pretty upset! But the young lady completely saved me and helped me chose the right flavor, safe to say the guests enjoyed the one we ended up going for! Gentlemen offered me some complimentary candles and slicer, they really bring their A game!

I wouldn’t eat a thing out of here. I used the ladies room before I ordered and walked out. Disgusting! And it was in the evening so they obviously didn’t care. I was wondering if the employees even washed their hands. It was no soap, nothing stocked. If the bathroom looks like that then I wonder about the cleanliness of the business overall. No thanks, hard no!!!

Food is bomb, I be munching on my doughnuts and enjoying myself like a happy clam dude. Atmosphere is always goated, I just sit down and grub away for longer than I should fr fr. Service was SPECTACULAR from she said her name was jasmine. She was super welcoming and very kind throughout the time we interacted. She was fast and efficient, and treated the customers with the up most respect.
