Good food, really nice atmosphere and wonderful staff. It's a BYOB. Portions are large, could be worth a share or in our case a nice amount of leftovers to enjoy again!! Would definitely return!
We can't say enough good about Beijing Bistro! It is truly the gem of all Red Bank restaurants! Again, we enjoyed sumptuous appetizers- spring rolls and ribs ! All freshly made and piping hot. Four of our party ordered the Sizzling pepper Filet mignon- again, excellent and everyone's meat temperature was perfect. One person went with the sizzling pepper shrimp and scallops- she loved it! Overall Food was flavorful and exhibited complex profiles. The sampler platter however was a disappointment in that the beef ribs and beef satays were tough. Also, the platter came to table at room temperature not hot. Two main dishes (orange tangerine scallops and vegetable chow fun) were extremely good and made up for the disappointing sampler.
