This was our second time coming to Pazzo because we loved it the first time! We had Mike our 1st visit John on our second. Both were excellent, can't say enough about them. They made our experience the best! We had chicken parm, ny strip steak, short ribs, chicken scarpenillo (I think that's the name). All were delicious! No complains. We also had the cheese board and barrata as appetizers which were so good. DEFINITELY coming back!!!

I like to give the benefit of the doubt. However, 1 of 2 apps came out incorrect. The pasta was incorrect and took 13 minutes to correct. Water was only refilled to the 2 on the outside of the table. The 2 inside never got water refilled. An incorrect drink was brought to the table and took 16 minutes to correct. No attention to details. Asked for additional napkins and was asked "what do you need napkins for?"

While I generally prefer a veal parmigiana made with cutlets I tried the veal chop parmigiana and was not disappointed. One of the best veal parm's I've had. Fork cut tender despite the chop's thickness with full sauce and cheese coverage.
