Unfortunately, it was our first visit and we did not have great experience. Although the food was good the service was poor.

Very pleasantly surprised. The food was spot on, great flavors. Creative presentation. The Butter chicken is like silk ! The chicken Biryani is a must have, and the eggplant dish is delicious. As for appetizers, the Shisho & Kale Chaat is exploding with flavors (sweet and sour), and the Kolkatta Beetroot Chop is amazing. Truffle naan was really good and compliments all the main dishes. This is def. our new go-to Indian place. The only disappointment was they were out of the Julab Jamun dessert, which I found odd as they are a full service restaurant.

I was there just last night to celebrate my wedding anniversary. Honestly, after reading the previous reviews, I feel like I might have just gone at the wrong time.

When we first walked in, a gentleman by the back door directed us to our table. The ambience was very nice. I’m always a little hesitant to try new places—especially on special occasions—but after seeing so many influencers posting about Saffron, we decided to give it a try.

I’m not very familiar with Indian food, but I’m quite adventurous when it comes to trying new cuisines. My hope was to learn a bit more about the food and have an informative waiter who could guide us in choosing the right dishes.

After sitting at our table for a few minutes, a waiter came by and dropped off the wine glasses. I didn’t think he was our server because he never introduced himself or even said good evening. A few minutes later, he returned and bluntly asked, “What you want eat?” I was caught off guard, but having traveled and experienced different cultures, I decided to assume it was just a language barrier.

We explained that it was our first time there and that we were hoping to learn a little about the food so he could recommend some popular dishes. Unfortunately, that didn’t go very far. He seemed disinterested and, in very few words, just told us to order “this and that.” Honestly, I felt like we were doing him a favor by dining there, and that asking questions was bothering him.

We tried a few dishes: the crispy cauliflower (it was okay), the chicken bao bun (very good), and the goat cheese truffle naan—which was described to us very differently by the waiter and ended up just being naan stuffed with goat cheese. I wouldn’t order that again.

For our main dish, we went with the only thing we were familiar with—the butter chicken. It was flavorful and good, but I wish I could have discussed the spice level. When I asked about it, I was told “it’s not spicy,” but for me, it definitely was. Everyone’s tolerance is different, and I wish they had gone lighter on the red pepper oil drizzled on top.

We also ordered hummus and saag paneer, but neither really stood out. After that, we’d had enough and just asked for the check.

This place is advertised as a fine Indian restaurant, and I was expecting a higher level of service—especially considering the prices of the dishes. I’ve seen a lot of posts about their desserts, but honestly, I didn’t want to spend my wedding anniversary browsing my phone to figure out what to order.

Wait staff terrible. No welcoming, curt, walked away from table mid-sentence. Passed food dishes over customers heads. Language barrier somewhat... accent so thick with louder music was hard to understand. Complete FAIL on wait staff.

We just dined at Saffron for the second time. It was absolutely exquisite. The service was excellent. Every bite of food was delicious. And the ambiance was beautiful. The lighting was perfect. It was my mom’s birthday, and they brought out a special treat. I couldn’t have asked for a better celebration. Thank you, Saffron! We’ll be back in the future.

We just dined at Saffron for the second time. It was absolutely exquisite. The service was excellent. Every bite of food was delicious. And the ambiance was beautiful. The lighting was perfect. It was my mom's birthday, and they brought out a special treat. I couldn't have asked for a better celebration. Thank you, Saffron! We'll be back in the future.

Food was fabulous! It was our first time trying Indian food and the waiter was super helpful and suggestions that we would like. They even came out with a birthday dessert for our friend. The only suggestion I have is to replace the bench seat seats with wheelchairs. It was a little uncomfortable.

The food is so good. We had chicken bao buns and another chicken app (forget the name). Then we had the lamb chops and smoked curry goat with black garlic naan. The lamb chops were out of this world and the goat was delicious. We had two mocktails that were very refreshing. It seems to me that you can’t go wrong here with the menu. There a nice amount of spice and flavor. The restaurant also has a nice ambience and aesthetic.

Fun dining experience! Loved the twist on classic dishes. Beautiful plating and even better tasting. The service was friendly and seamless. I wish this restaurant was closer to where I live but I'll definitely be back.

My favorite Indian cuisine restaurant hands down. The food & the service were great. Would definitely go more often if they weren’t so far from me but will definitely go again.

Beautiful decor combined with the very attentive and friendly staff made for an excellent evening. The food was absolutely delicious, the flavors and spice level were perfection! Looking forward to going back to try the entire small plate menu!

Food is always amazing and the service is super attentive. Me and my girlfriend usually go around lunch on the weekends and we always have a great time. The vibe is nice too, giving it a more upscale feel that you do not usually see at Indian restaurants. Last time the staff even gave us mocktails on the house, which was such a kind gesture. We cannot wait to go back!

Was so looking forward to being a friend for her birthday. Showed up at 2:30p and door was closed. We made sure through Google times that it would be open. We get there and it is closed no one to inform us it is closed even when the door supposedly says closes at 3pm. Very disappointed as we drove 1.5 hours to enjoy lunch . I shouldn’t have to call to make sure times are rightly posted

Group of 6, had excellent experience. Good service, food was very good, few items on the menu were missing.
