The food is so good. We had chicken bao buns and another chicken app (forget the name). Then we had the lamb chops and smoked curry goat with black garlic naan. The lamb chops were out of this world and the goat was delicious. We had two mocktails that were very refreshing. It seems to me that you can’t go wrong here with the menu. There a nice amount of spice and flavor. The restaurant also has a nice ambience and aesthetic.

My favorite Indian cuisine restaurant hands down. The food & the service were great. Would definitely go more often if they weren’t so far from me but will definitely go again.

Food is always amazing and the service is super attentive. Me and my girlfriend usually go around lunch on the weekends and we always have a great time. The vibe is nice too, giving it a more upscale feel that you do not usually see at Indian restaurants. Last time the staff even gave us mocktails on the house, which was such a kind gesture. We cannot wait to go back!

The food was good, and the dahi puri had a unique twist that stood out. While the quantity could be a bit more generous, overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Was so looking forward to being a friend for her birthday. Showed up at 2:30p and door was closed. We made sure through Google times that it would be open. We get there and it is closed no one to inform us it is closed even when the door supposedly says closes at 3pm. Very disappointed as we drove 1.5 hours to enjoy lunch . I shouldn’t have to call to make sure times are rightly posted
Group of 6, had excellent experience. Good service, food was very good, few items on the menu were missing.

We visited Saffron in Red Bank yesterday and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt off. The host at the front—a bearded man with a medium-dark complexion who looked like he might be from South India, didn’t greet us or say a word. He just silently walked us to a table that was visibly dusty and unclean. Even when we said thank you, there was no acknowledgment. His attitude felt unfriendly and unwelcoming, especially for a place that calls itself modern Indian fine dining.
There were also mosquitoes under the table, which made things even worse. Thankfully, another staff member—a taller, lighter-skinned gentleman with curly hair—was much more professional and helped us change tables. He was the best! But by that point, the experience had already left a bad impression.
We placed our order, but with the poor hygiene and uncomfortable environment, we ended up taking the food to-go and left as soon as possible. Also, one of the drinks I ordered was out of stock, and although the other table was cleaned, it still had visible oil stains and was dirty. I wasn’t even given napkins or spoons initially, I had to ask for them.
For a restaurant that presents itself as a fine dining spot, the least you’d expect is a clean table, a simple greeting, and staff trained to make guests feel welcome. Sadly, this visit was far from what we had hoped for. I was upset that we drove over two hours just based on the positive reviews, only to end up doing takeout.

The appetizers were good however the service was absolutely horrible. We waited over 25 mins for the server to acknowledge us and take our order. We had a reservation in advance and it still took forever. Then once he acknowledged us he forgot out order and came back another 30 mins later. We asked for water several times and he kept forgetting to bring it to our table. I've never experienced such bad service anywhere. We waited a total of 2 hours to get our food which is ridiculous.

Exquisite cuisine. Absolutely the best Indian restaurant I've ever been to and I have been to many over the years. Artistic, innovative, and delicious. I recommended very highly.
In town for show at The Vogel. Just happened to walk in with no reservation, but we were able to snag a table. We were not disappointed. Really good!

Service could have been better. They were too busy to have only two people serving. Entrees were not up to our expectations. Appetizers were amazing! They can do better overall .
Biryani is good but not $30 good lol

We drove over an hour to Saffron to celebrate our Anniversary, as had heard good stuff about it. The appetizers were spot on and we enjoyed both the Paneer Bao Buns & the Kakori Chicken Kebabs. We ordered a Lachha Paratha and we were given a tandoori roti ☹️. Asked the waiter and he said this is lachha paratha!! The Awadhi chicken description said morsels of chicken. But it was not morsels but chunks of chicken. The dessert was Shahi Tukra and we are fond of it so were eagerly waiting to eat that. It was disappointing as it was as if bruschetta toast was dipped in the malai sauce and served 😯(PS they didn't charge us as it was our anniversary) Please dont try to fool people by calling a tandoori roti a lachha paratha !!!! And train your wait staff to acknowledge if they make a mistake and rectify it.
AMAZING!!! We LOVE the vibe, energy, aesthetics, decor, people, and especially the AMAZING CUISINE! This is the most beautiful appearing and tasting cuisine I have ever had. The Sunday Brunch and Regular Menu are both incredible. Really love the Mocktaiks! We bring our own champagne and add to the Miami Mistress or Lavender Haze mocktails. So good. Highly recommend the lamb chops and all menu items. Best around!!!!!!
