Saffron Red Bank - Modern Indian Dining

Exquisite cuisine. Absolutely the best Indian restaurant I've ever been to and I have been to many over the years. Artistic, innovative, and delicious. I recommended very highly.

Service could have been better. They were too busy to have only two people serving. Entrees were not up to our expectations. Appetizers were amazing! They can do better overall .

We drove over an hour to Saffron to celebrate our Anniversary, as had heard good stuff about it. The appetizers were spot on and we enjoyed both the Paneer Bao Buns & the Kakori Chicken Kebabs. We ordered a Lachha Paratha and we were given a tandoori roti ☹️. Asked the waiter and he said this is lachha paratha!! The Awadhi chicken description said morsels of chicken. But it was not morsels but chunks of chicken. The dessert was Shahi Tukra and we are fond of it so were eagerly waiting to eat that. It was disappointing as it was as if bruschetta toast was dipped in the malai sauce and served 😯(PS they didn't charge us as it was our anniversary) Please dont try to fool people by calling a tandoori roti a lachha paratha !!!! And train your wait staff to acknowledge if they make a mistake and rectify it.

Such a beautiful place and area! Food was delicious and the mock cocktails were delicious! Staff were so tentative and friendly! Definitely going back to try more on the menu!

AMAZING!!! We LOVE the vibe, energy, aesthetics, decor, people, and especially the AMAZING CUISINE! This is the most beautiful appearing and tasting cuisine I have ever had. The Sunday Brunch and Regular Menu are both incredible. And the Mother's Day entrees were perfect.

The food was Excellent. Went for Mothers Day. Had a prefixed menu, but it had everything we liked. Can't wait to go back and try a bunch of the other items they have on the menu.

They seemed to be short staffed. Once we were seated nobody came to our table to take our order. It took them a good 15 minutes before the woman at the front door ran over to bring wine glasses and open our wine. Waiter took another 10 minutes to arrive. That was a bit disappointing. But the food was very good. Flavors different. We would give it another try.

Saffron went above and beyond accommodating my requests! They reached out several times to me, via messaging. The staff was Delightful, and the food was Truly Delicious! There is a simple, understated Elegance to the restaurant as well. Very Inviting. The restaurant was not packed, but it was nice to see that they separated the parties by keeping several tables empty between everyone. The way they added to our ‘Birthday Celebration' was a Pleasant Surprise! I highly recommend dining at this Wonderful establishment!

Amazing flavors, unique and innovative creations and damn tasty!! Well done ! The tandoori chicken momo and the presentation of Malabar fish curry was amazing!

Our party of 4 ordered several dishes - starters and entrees - shared them all, and still had food left to take home. The flavors of each dish were complex and yet satisfyingly familiar. The service was attentive, including uncorking our wine and returning regularly to refill our glasses. We were completely satisfied with our experience.

Went there for Reataurant Week 2025. Food was very tasty with lots of different spices. Butter chicken was delicious. Great nann bread. Only minor disappointment was dessert which was ok compared to appetizers and main course. Server was very polite and cordial. BYOB to boot. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Food was so delicious, the atmosphere was great and everyone that worked there was so nice. The saag paneer at Saffron is the best I ever had and the tandoori momos were amazing

First time ... was busy and service was a bit slow looked like only one server on .. he was good explaining menu.. we split entree and ordered bunch of starters. Setting is European tight seating would go back different dining experience than the usual
